Therefore it is important that your promotional material gets across the mood and style of your business as well as the hard facts detailed in your text.
High quality images give your sight the sort of professional image you need to portray to stand out from your competitors and generate that all important extra business.
The Process
As part of the web site imaging service I provide, I will have a consultation session with you and possibly other members of your organisation so that I get a good feel for the image that you are wanting to project. We will agree the message you want to convey and we will agree the details of how and where the images will be taken. We will cover all the practical aspects of access and availability. If members of staff are to be included in the images it is always advisable to get their consent in advance and tell them when the images will be taken - most people will want to make some sort of effort with their appearance even if they may say otherwise!
The images will be shot in accordance with the brief agreed at the consultation stage and made available for preview in a private, password protected area of this web site.
Once you have selected the images you want they will be delivered in the appropriate format according to the package purchased. Standard Photoshop processing to optimise image quality is included in all package prices. Additional effects processing is available as specific tailoring for each customer. This can either be agreed at the consultation stage, or at the image selection stage.
Package Options
Standard £200
This includes consultation, two and a half hours photography on site, all standard post processing work, image preview in password-protect online gallery, up to 50 images presented in jpg form for online use. Printed images or electronic files suitable for commercial printing are available at extra cost.
Enhanced £300
This includes consultation, four hours photography on site, which can be split over more than one day/location. All standard post processing work, image preview in password-protect online gallery, up to 100 images presented in jpg form for online use. Printed images or electronic files suitable for commercial printing are available at extra cost.
Optional Extras
So that you can build exactly the service that meets your requirements the following services are available on a "pay as you need" basis. These will be discussed at the consultation stage and included in the project brief. However they can be added at any stage. So if you see an image from your session that you would really like for the wall at home you can easily add this to your package at the preview stage or any time after that.
High quality hard copy prints - price depending on size
Images in TIFF or other format for commercial printing - typically £14 per image
Studio hire if you want a studio shoot - depends on location and size of the group but this is typically in the region of £100 for half a day.
